In this class, Ally will teach you how to use one versatile sweet dough with limitless possibilities of flavor combinations and dough shapes. Let her inspire you with the different ways she shapes dough and how to think outside of the box with flavor combinations.
Class includes small bites with beer or wine available for purchase. You will go home with fresh baked cardamom buns and prepared cinnamon rolls that you can bake at home or freeze and bake at a later date.
Please note this class will use wheat, milk & butter. Class size is limited to 10 people and geared towards adults.
