Hi there and thanks for checking us out! What is The Freestone Collective all about? Sunday to Thursday we are in work mode and operating as a “Commissary Kitchen”… a certified commercial kitchen space that local food businesses can rent when they aren’t yet large enough to have a space on their own.

However, once Friday & Saturday roll around, we convert the front of the kitchen space into a “pop up” market which gives us the opportunity to celebrate our Kitchen + Market + Community concept. At the market you can always expect some fresh fare for breakfast and lunch plus a rotating array of baked goods, all made in house. We also source fare from the members of our kitchen.

Additional highlights of the Pop Up Market include our “Little Free Cookbook” Library where you can leave one, take one, or browse one. While you are in be sure to explore our provisions, many of which are made right in our kitchen, like granola, meal kits with dried mushrooms, dog treats and vibrant vegan grab & go items!
