At Freestone we are passionate about the way food can bring people together - especially when it’s rooted in our community.

By supporting local growers, artisans and small businesses we aim to: nourish our neighbors, strengthen our local food system and build community through good food.

And it all started with our vision of:

Kitchen + Market + Community.

We operate as a “Commissary Kitchen”… a certified commercial kitchen space that local food businesses can use when they aren’t yet large enough to have a space on their own. We refer to these businesses as our Kitchen Members. Meet our current Kitchen Members.

Wednesday through Monday 7am - 3pm, we use the front of the kitchen space as a market and cafe to share our Kitchen + Market + Community concept with the public. We offer chef prepared fresh fare for breakfast and lunch, kitchen provisions, plus a rotating array of baked goods and bread, all made from scratch in house - with many items sourced directly from members of our kitchen!

Supporting our community is tied to everything we do, from enabling local businesses to grow in The Valley to offering locally sourced fresh food and provisions, to our brand new event space for the community to enjoy. We are thrilled to bring fun and exciting new things into The Valley!

We open our market and cafe to the public from 7AM - 3PM Wednesday through Monday (Closed on Tuesdays).
The rest of the time, our Kitchen Members are utilizing the space to grow their businesses via use of our kitchen and equipment.
We would love to have you join us and stay a while!
Tables are located under the striped awning out front and upstairs in our event space.
At Freestone we LOVE good food. We are a fast casual spot that offers:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- A solid spread of fresh baked goods, breads, and pastries
- Espresso, Coffee, Tea, Kombucha & Shrubs
- Plus many chef prepared grab and go items such as salads, soups and bake at home meals
Our shelves are mindfully stocked with many locally sourced pantry staples and artisanal goods which reflect the quality of food that we strive to nourish you with.
There are a handful of parking spots available directly in front of our building and ample free street parking surrounding us.
We kindly ask for your help in being good neighbors by respecting the signage stating reserved parking for the other businesses in our parking lot, thank you for your help!
