Order Requests
We regularly order from multiple vendors and would be happy to place an order on your behalf. We will provide you with an invoice and supporting receipts for your purchases at least monthly. Please fill out the form below indicating the vendor, item (or link to item) and quantities. Please make note of the order cut off times, expected delivery and plan accordingly.
We will be in touch ASAP if we run into any issues or are unable to meet the minimum order quantity as a group for a particular vendor in a given week.

Orders which are placed by the request cutoff day & time will be fulfilled and delivered with the corresponding delivery respective of the vendor, unless items are out of stock. Orders received after the cutoff day & time will be placed for fulfillment the following week. Please note order minimums are for reference and we usually are able to meet them with our group ordering. Click on each underlined vendor to be taken to their ordering page.

For infrequent/one-off orders, let us know your order request and we’ll get it processed for a Friday delivery.
If you anticipate frequent orders or would like access to place your own orders anytime, we can assist you in establishing your own business account for delivery to Freestone. The benefits here are (1) you can browse the catalog and place your own orders and not rely on us to facilitate (2) you’ll be billed directly/less paperwork! (3) Freestone always hits the delivery minimum, so no order minimums will apply to you!
Webstaurant Store Plus Membership - Request an Order Anytime
Your order will be placed within two business days, shipping/delivery times can vary. Shipping is free on “plus” items. We will forward you the order confirmation once placed and can track the delivery for you upon request. Please note if you would like a shipping quote for other items prior to having an order placed.
